Inside Barbie’s Impressive Real Estate Portfolio!

From the glitz and glamour of Beverly Hills to serene retreats in picturesque locations, Margot Robbie or currently known as “Barbie,” has assembled a massive portfolio of properties. In this blog post, were going to take a closer look at Barbie’s lavish real estate holdings!

***Why did Barbie become a real estate mogul? Because she realized that buying houses was a lot like shopping for shoes – you can never have too many!*** 😄😄

• Hancock Park, Los Angeles, CA

Hancock Park has long been a favorite among celebrities and prominent figures in the entertainment industry. Margot purchased this stunning 3900 square foot home back in 2017 for $2.73 million & sold it in 2021 for almost $3.5 million. Not a bad investment for only a 4 year hold! 

•      Hollywood Heights, Los Angeles, CA

Margot brought an investment property in the Hollywood Heights section of Los Angeles in 2018 for $950,000. It was a modest 2 bedroom home and she started the renovation process immediately after acquiring it and putting it up for rent shortly thereafter for $5,000 a month. 

• Gold Coast, Australia

In 2018 Margot purchased 2 side by side new construction homes on the Gold Cost of Australia for a reported $2.5 million dollars. These two homes were not investment properties as Robbie purchased these for her mother and her sister. 

• Venice Beach Compound, CA

In 2019 Robbie purchased a stunning compound in the heart of Venice beach in an off-market deal for a cool $5,000,000. You can see the gorgeous home in the video below from a recent Vogue Interview.
