Now this first business & business owner is very special to me…. she has been my best friend, my rock for decades and I am so proud to have her be our first HIGHLIGHT! Tanya Feliciano at T’s Sweets Galore based out of Monmouth County, NJ- established her business in 2022. Baking has been a passion of hers ever since I can remember & she has been feeding me cakes ever since she has been allowed to use a stove. (so expert here lol) She’s not just a remarkable baker but a devoted mother, a thriving saleswoman, and an inspiring entrepreneur.
Now let’s get to the fun stuff… cakes! Just this weekend my daughter Juliet turned 7 years old and we had a fun backyard birthday. The dessert table was a masterpiece, a testament to Tanya’s craft. The top tier of the cake featured a raspberry compote, reminiscent of cherished family recipes passed down through generations. The bottom layer, a velvety chocolate ganache, tasted like heaven. Some added bonuses were homemade cheesecake shooters and, of course, her signature cake pops – a personal favorite of mine.
