At present, she proudly ranks among the top 1% of all agents in the entire country – a feat that speaks volumes about her skills. Michelle has evolved into a true trailblazer with an endless amount of knowledge, shaping the very essence of how brokerages function (keeping leadership and their agents extremely happy).

Now to the most exciting part! We were lucky enough to be able to talk to Michelle a bit about her success!
Why Real Estate?
“Originally my goal was to become a lawyer, but at 20 I got a part time job in a real estate office. One summer I was lucky enough to be invited to the brokers house for a BBQ, and keep in mind the house was in Warren, NJ. (For those that don’t know- Warren is an amazing town in NJ with a median price of homes over a million dollars) I walked in shocked at how absolutely gorgeous everything was. Now here I am really young seeing all of this going on around me and that really excited me because I was attracted to that lifestyle. Now when people say that money doesn’t matter that is all bullshit, money matters because I came from nothing, I struggled we all struggled! & so my wheels started to spin and I started trying to figure out okay so how do I get there…. I started to reverse engineer how many homes I have to sell to be able to attain this. At some point I remember I had a vision board on my computer in the office and my screen was of this home in short hills NJ, this modern home and that was my vision board. One day I wanted enough money to be able to afford my dream home, I had goals and they were not small. “
“I’m motivated more by results, and when you start planting the seeds and watching them grow that gets you even more motivated!”
Now what’s next for Michelle? Besides her incredible TV Show and the countless clients she’s helping, Michelle is also expanding Signature Realty NJ. We are opening up offices this year in Short Hills & Red Bank on top of the ones we already have in Jersey City, Summit, and Somerset. It is the Signature Realty takeover here in NJ!
