Completely re-done. New dishwasher, new microwave, new granite in the kitchen, new sink & faucet, new double sink vanity and countertop in the full bath, new toilet in the full bath, new carpeting in both bedrooms, new lighting fixtures in many rooms. All rooms are professionally freshly painted. Kitchen cabinets have updated finishing. All rooms thoroughly cleaned. The entire downstairs of the condo has real tile flooring, NO Laminates. In the full bath we left the tub and tile because it was in excellent condition and were a better option than some of the "updates" everyone does. Some owners update the bath tiles by gluing a fiberglass surround over the tiles. Usually this isn't installed correctly and ends up coming loose and leaking a year or two after you purchase. The other so called "update" is to reglaze the tub and tiles. 90% of the time this coating will start peeling off in 1-2 years if you are lucky. Once it starts coming off there really is no fix short of replacing the tub and tiles. Everything in the condo is in good working order. The kitchen stove is about 4 years old, thoroughly cleaned and everything works. The side-by-side refrigerator is a little older but everything works. The water heater is about 4 years old, no issues. The heating/ac is an older unit but has been well maintained and never been an issue. Owners personally stayed in the condo for 3-4 weeks in March/April of 2025 and used the heat, electric, plumbing etc., no issues whatsoever. Basically, owner's replaced things that needed to be updated and updated some of the older styles (kitchen cabinets) and made sure what was left was clean and in good working order.
