With new appliances and the chance for responsible tenants to care for the house, it's an inviting prospect. The flexibility for pets on a case-by-case basis is a nice touch, although it's understandable that good credit and a clean tenant history are important requirements.It's a bit disappointing that the pool and pool house guest house aren't included in the rental, but I'm sure there are plenty of other great features to enjoy in the home and the neighborhood.
